    Consistent during both visits. Hot & Fresh all the time!!! I love Canes!!! I don't care for the coleslaw.

    I don't like the parking lot setup. The parking is in the back of the restaurant. The drive thru moves fast! I love the ice!!! I ask for extra ice in my foot beer! Hands down, Canes have the best Texas garlic toast.

    One star for customer service in drive through! I love going to canes for the atmosphere and friendly staff, but this location is like going to McDonald's! So rude and short they didn't even say one word to me as I pulled in to the window! Just waited for my payment. Super disappointed this happens to be the location closest to home. But I LOVE the chicken!

    Food was great!  Even after waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes on the 2nd day open!  Well worth wait!  I will return!

    Great Food. The Dine in experience is subpar sadly. Parking here is Terrible. Have to park on the side of the building during busy hours. Hard to get out of the available parking spots because of the way they designed the drive through. Getting your order is fine. Finding a clean table is rare. But even after all this would I come back for a Box Combo and a Lemonade?! Absolutely :)

    First impression is the most important thing for any business. First the parking setup is horrible! Not sure why they keep using this setup as it DOES NOT WORK! Secondly their customer service is HORRIBLE! We walked in and waited behind three separate customers because only one slow moving person was taking orders. We were NEVER greeted by anyone not even when we finally gave our order. We went on Monday evening 7/22/10 at approximately 7:30 pm. Just my 16 year old daughter and myself for dine in. So I ordered my drink without ice and guess what? Yup I got ice. So yes the food was delicious but the strips were smaller then usual however still tasty. The drink counter was sticky and hadn't been wiped or restocked. One of the napkins holders was empty and the other I had to dig napkins out. So disappointed with this location even though it is close to my home. I think I will stick to that other chicken place.
